Shipping fees and international duties are not included.
Payment must be completed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Order Acceptance

By clicking “Buy Now,” you submit a binding order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

A purchase contract is only concluded once we send you an order confirmation.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on location (see Shipping Policy).

Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our responsibility.

Ownership transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All Sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.

Due to limited stock and exclusive drops, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exceptions only apply if:

  • the item arrives damaged, or
  • the wrong item was delivered.

Customers must report issues withing 48 hours with photo proof.

Incorrect sizing, change of mind, or wrong address do not qualify for a refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing an accurate shipping adress
  • Selecting the correct size
  • Tracking the package after shipment
  • Paying any customs or import taxes

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We exclude all liability to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law.
