Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During high-demand periods (drops, releases), processing may take longer.

• International: 7-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

• lost packages
• stolen packages
• delays caused by the carrier

Once the order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.
